Residential Organizing

We work side-by-side with you to de-clutter, clean, and organize various spaces in your home, and help you set up systems to maintain the work completed.

Where the heck do you start? It can be with the cluttered space that bothers you the most, or a simple mess that will get you off to an encouraging start.

Some common starting points are:

  • Kitchen counter
  • Garage
  • Stacks of papers
  • Dining room table
  • Home office
  • Family room

As we sort through the stuff in a designated area, we help you make decisions about what to do with the items.  We can also deliver the goods where they need to go.

You have many choices:

  • Keep the great stuff, and put it away in an organized manner.
  • Recycle or repurpose the items.
  • Offer gifts to family and friends.
  • Donate to charitable organizations.
  • Sell on-line, on consignment, or at an estate or yard sale.
  • Trash it! (That can include shredding or hazardous waste disposal.)

Debbi came to my home to assist in organizing my office.  She came prepared with boxes, markers, bags, and folders.  Together, we sorted, recycled outdated materials, created dedicated file drawers, set up folders and established holiday boxes.  She patiently sat with me while I sorted, reminisced and made decisions! I appreciated her knowledge and professionalism.

Bathroom Shower Remodel

Organized Inside and Out recently remodeled the guest bathroom in my condo. In addition to being built in 1984 and dated looking, the shower had leaked into the floor so it was kind of spongy when you walked on the tile. First thing, Debbi, who is the owner with a great eye for style, and I went shopping for new toilet, new shower and floor tiles and grout, new medicine cabinet, new sink and a host of other stuff. Debbi was always concerned about my budget which I greatly appreciated. She was extremely professional in her handling of a written estimate and making sure I had all receipts. The outcome… my bathroom is beautiful, everything is custom, and no one else has a bathroom that looks anything like mine because Debbi and I worked together on each aspect. My “designer” bathroom cost me a fraction of what I expected. I would  recommend Organized Inside and Out to my friends with complete confidence…and I have done so several times.

After my bathroom remodel, Organized Inside and Out has since reorganized the large closet in my den where I couldn’t find or file anything, and also installed a stunning glass mosaic tile backsplash in my kitchen. I’m sure I’ll have other projects coming up and will not hesitate to contact Organized Inside and Out.
